1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a form, or asking for a seat on a programme, you accept these terms. If you are enquiring for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so. We may refuse a conversation that is abusive, automated at volume, or clearly unrelated to App Analytics education.
This website describes programmes. It does not complete a sale. A binding training contract exists only when we send a written confirmation of a seat or residency and you accept that confirmation in writing (including email).
2. Who we are
Api Maphub operates from 81 London Road; Collynie; AB41 2YZ; United Kingdom. Email: info@api-maphub.digital. Telephone: 078 8955 5762. References to “we” and “the atelier” mean Api Maphub.
3. Programmes and informational fees
Fees on /pricing.html and course pages are informational. They may change between seasons. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance online. We do not provide a checkout, payment form, or automated billing on this site.
Live sessions run on United Kingdom time unless a confirmation says otherwise. Recordings, where provided, are a courtesy for absence, not a substitute product you may redistribute.
4. Intellectual property
Site copy, the Signal Atlas framing, syllabi, critique letters, and teaching objects remain the intellectual property of Api Maphub or our licensors. You may not copy programmes for resale, train a commercial model on our materials, or present our dictionaries as your productised course.
Work you submit (event dictionaries, memos, product facts) stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to use that work inside the room for teaching and critique. We will not publish your tracking plan without permission. Anonymised pedagogical examples from past seasons, stripped of identifying product detail, may be used in later rooms.
Third-party names of analytics vendors appear for description only. No endorsement is implied.
5. Acceptable use of the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit personal data of other people in a form without their knowledge. Do not use the contact form to send malware or marketing lists. Course discussion, when you are enrolled, must not include unlawful content or the personal data of end users of your app beyond what critique requires — and even then, minimise.
6. Accuracy and App Analytics advice
Journal essays and syllabi are educational. They are not legal, financial, or data-protection advice tailored to your organisation. App Analytics practice varies by stack and sector. You remain responsible for your production instrumentation and for compliance with law that applies to your product.
7. Liability
The site is provided as described, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by the laws of the United Kingdom, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the public website or from decisions you take after reading the journal.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable United Kingdom law. Where a paid training contract exists, its liability clauses prevail for that engagement.
Our aggregate liability arising from use of this free public site is limited to two hundred pounds sterling, except where the law forbids that cap.
8. Third-party services and links
Fonts, images, and linked articles sit on other hosts. Their terms apply to those resources. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to a confirmed paid seat will be offered in writing, not buried here.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from the site or from an enquiry, are governed by the laws of Scotland and, where they apply, the United Kingdom. Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
