Instrumentation Studio
Schema design, property hygiene, and the politics of saying an event is retired. The course most teams should have taken before they hired a second analyst.
The shelf
Each programme is a closed room in App Analytics. We do not mix funnels with brand storytelling, and we do not sell recordings of other people’s webinars.
Schema design, property hygiene, and the politics of saying an event is retired. The course most teams should have taken before they hired a second analyst.
Day-1, day-7, and the unfashionable work of reading return curves without smoothing them into optimism. Built for consumer and marketplace apps.
How to draw a funnel that matches the product rather than the slide. Includes a session on “false bottoms” created by mandatory permissions.
A sceptical tour of paid credit, organic luck, and why last-click still haunts App Analytics stacks that should know better.
For heads of product who must choose a handful of numbers the board will actually remember. Governance, not dashboard tourism.
A residency for one product organisation. We sit with your events, your warehouse, and your arguments. See Fees.
Live sessions are held on Thursday evenings, London time, with a Saturday studio for the flagship. Recordings exist for absence, not as the product. Work is submitted as short memos — an event contract, a cohort cut, a retired-metric note — because App Analytics is a writing problem as much as a querying one.
We assume you already have an analytics vendor. We do not re-teach button-clicking in a particular UI. If your stack is Mixpanel, Amplitude, a warehouse, or a stubborn combination, the exercises still hold.
